Snõõper föddes som ett samarbete mellan den lokala Nashvillepunkaren Connor Cummins och Blair Tramel, en lågstadielärare med skruvad animation och konst som hobby. Tillsammans började man skapa DIY-kassetter och musikvideos som snabbt började sprida sig till en dedikerad fanskara världen över. 2021 stod man på scen första gången och 2023 släppte man sitt debutalbum Super Snõõper via Third Man Records.
8-bit-animationer, dockor, papier-maché, visselpipor, blinkande lampor och en stor nypa ös har blivit synonymt med Snõõpers liveshower som fått sig ett rykte som
något av det mest explosiva och medryckande man kan uppleva på den
moderna punkscenen.
I sommar ger man sig ut på en Europaturné som bland annat gör stopp på några av kontinentens största festivaler och det är även hög tid för Snõõpers första Sverigebesök. Den 28 juni spelar man på Plan B i Malmö och den 29 juni på Hus 7 i
