Under Smaka på Stockholm 2015 har ni möjlighet att delta och laga mat med Ulf Wagner i cook-alonger den 6 juni i Culinary Theatre (tältet bredvid Stora scen).
Laga din egen mat – En cook-along innebär att du lagar maten själv tillsammans med en känd kock. När ni är klara med matlagningen som tar drygt en timme så vidtar måltiden, som givetvis ingår i priset 245 kr, men vin eller annan passande måltidsdryck köps separat. Det är ca 4 – 5 cook-alonger per dag och det är en ny kock varje dag.
Ulf Wagner driver numera ansedda restaurang Sjömagasinet i Göteborg, som han tog över efter Leif Mannerström. Sjömagasinet fick 2013 en stjärna i Guide Michelin. Ulf var dock den första i Göteborg som hedrades med en stjärna i Guide Michelin, och året var 1989. Då drev Ulf Wagner restaurang The Place. Han var tidigare krögare på restaurang Basement, med en stjärna i Guide Michelin, så nu blev det alltså tredje gången gillt.
