Som traditionen bjuder ställer Skottvång till med en årlig alldeles egen Melodifestival där alla som vill är välkomna att bidra med ett nummer. Gärna egenkomponerat material. Publiken röstar sedan fram en vinnare som tar emot publikens jubel och festivalens fina prispokal. Konferencier är i vanlig ordning Björne Kvarnmalm.
