Provningsledaren Jonas Carlsson Stroh (Sällskapet Malte, Malmö Brewing Co.) kommer att gå igenom hur öl bryggs, vilka ingredienser som används och berätta om bryggerierna samt Skånes ölscen idag. Under provningen får deltagare testa fem olika öl (5x15cl) från skånska bryggerier.
Provningen äger rum i Brändan som ligger i anslutning till Folkets Dryckesfestival på parktorget i Folkets park.
18-års åldersgräns.
