Composer and sound-artist Kajsa Lindgren’s work mainly consists of exploring and finding different ways to use and perform field recordings. Her work includes electroacoustic compositions and sound installations, as well as compositions for acoustic traditional instruments. Her latest release, Momentary Harmony (Recital), expresses emotive and lucent instrumental compositions that has taken a step away from her previous works, such as the multimedia work WOMB (Hyperdelia) and Everyone Is Here (Warm Winters Ltd.) by using only flickers of field recordings instead of letting them be the foundation for the compositions and instead replacing them with instruments such as vocals, koto, violin and piano.
Maxwell August Croy is a multi-instrumentalist whose work fluctuates liberally between melody, classicism and experimentation, all while attempting to harmoniously represent all three. A student of the piano, guitar and Japanese koto, Croy has worked to expand the instrument's heretofore constrained vocabulary to settings outside traditional Eastern musics. He has released a number of full-length albums as a member of experimental ambient duo En and has collaborated with different musicians such as Sean McCann, Mary Lattimore and Jefre Cantu-Ledesma, with whom he previously co-ran the Root Strata label. He also founded and operates the Empire of Signs archival label project with Spencer Doran of Visible Cloaks.
Marta Forsberg is a composer, sound artist and musician working in the field of installation art and electronic music. Dedicated to creating an immersive environment, her work explores intimacy in music and performance through minimalist sound and light sculptures - a sonic visualisation.
She has released albums on Havtorn Records, Holy Geometry and Warm Winters Ltd., and contributed to releases on XKatedral, Hyperdelia and Fylkingen. Her work has been performed at festivals and concerts in Sweden, Germany, Italy, Japan, Denmark, England, China, Malaysia, Thailand or Poland, and her practice spans across sounds design, composition for ensembles, music for dance, or sound and light installations.
