Varmt välkommen till en härlig avkopplande dag bara för kvinnor!
Denna dag kommer vi att njuta av varandras närvaro, dansa, lära oss nya saker, mötas i medvetenhet och kärlek. Vi kommer att bejaka och lyfta fram allt det bästa i vår feminina inre natur, njuta av mjukheten, sensualiteten och skönheten, men också välkomna det vilda och passionerade.
Dagen kommer att bestå av:
- Shakti Yoga - asana pass inspirerade för att väcka feminina egenskaper
- Inspirerande föredrag
- Sharing
- Sensuell frigörande dans
- Tantriska övningar
- Shakti-meditation
