In the network, we will mix participants from traditional industries, healthcare, hotel and restaurant, professional services and other sectors, all interested in improving their service deliveries. We will explore best practices and ways to improve. We will find ways to innovate!
This breakfast seminar and workshop is the start of a journey we do together. We will create a network of professionals, dedicated to service management and innovation.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
