Den 6:e juni bjuder vi in dig till en oförglömlig eftermiddag fylld med livemusik, dans, konst och latinamerikansk kultur för hela familjen.
Upplev kraften och energin från Calle Luna feat Lesmer Solenzar i sextettformat, med klassiska salsalåtar som får hela kroppen att dansa. Se också en spektakulär liveshow med musik och dans tillsammans med AK Mambo, en av Stockholms mest erfarna salsakompanier.

Det kommer finnas öppna dansklasser (drop-in) i kubansk salsa, salsa on1 och dominikansk bachata med några av de mest välkända dansarna i stan:
• Maquiol Rodríguez (Bachata Dominicana – Bachata con Piquete)
• Raymon och Moa (cubansk salsa – Dance With Me)
Två dansgolv för att njuta på ditt sätt:
• Pista Cuba – Kubansk salsa, New York-salsa, timba, son ( DJ Raymon)
• Pista Dominicana – Bachata, merengue och karibiska rytmer (DJ Maqui)
Du kommer även kunna njuta av en konstutställning av den kubanske konstnären Walfrido Varela, med verk som speglar Kubas kultur. Det finns food trucks med pizza, empanadas och Street Art Bistro håller öppet, samt ett barnområde med hoppborg och aktiviteter för de små. För dig som gillar hetta finns det även bastu och badtunna för att sen kyla ner dig!

• Kubansk salsa med Raymon och Moa
17:30 - 18:30 – DJ-set på två dansgolv:
• DJ Raymon på Pista Cuba (salsa i olika stilar)
• DJ Maqui på Pista Dominicana (bachata och karibisk musik)
18:30 - 19:10 – Första setet med Calle Luna
19:10 - 20:00 – DJs på båda dansgolven
20:00 - 20:40 – Andra livesetet med Calle Luna
20:40 - 22:00 – Avslutande fest med DJs

On June 6th, we invite you to an unforgettable afternoon filled with live music, dance, art, and Latin American culture for the whole family.
Feel the power and energy of Calle Luna feat. Lesmer Solenzar in a dynamic sextet performance, playing classic salsa songs that will make your whole body move. Don’t miss the spectacular live show with music and dance alongside AK Mambo, one of Stockholm’s most experienced salsa companies.

There will be open drop-in dance classes in Cuban salsa, salsa on1, and Dominican bachata led by some of the city’s most well-known dancers:
• Maquiol Rodríguez (Dominican Bachata – Bachata con Piquete)
• Raymon and Moa (Cuban Salsa – Dance With Me)
Two dance floors so you can enjoy in your own style:
• Pista Cuba – Cuban salsa, New York salsa, timba, son (DJ Raymon)
• Pista Dominicana – Bachata, merengue, and Caribbean rhythms (DJ Maqui)
You can also enjoy an art exhibition by Cuban artist Walfrido Varela, showcasing works that reflect Cuban culture. There will be food trucks with pizza and empanadas, the Street Art Bistro will be open, and there’s a kids’ area with a bouncy castle and fun activities for the little ones. For those who like it hot, there will also be a sauna and hot tub – and a way to cool off afterwards!

18:30–19:10 – First live set with Calle Luna
19:10–20:00 – DJs on both dance floors
20:00–20:40 – Second live set with Calle Luna
20:40–22:00 – Final party with DJs

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Salsa Block Party tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
