Rub & Smoke Christmas BBQ!!
Den 10 december öppnar vi Rub & Smoke BBQ för att fira in julen med glada gäster, lantlig miljö, ljus i vintermörkret, värmande julmusik och en specialkomponerad BBQ julbricka!!
Bordsbokning för två sittningar, klockan 15:30 (vilket denna bokning gäller) och klockan 19:00. Varje sittning kan vi ta emot 56 personer så det är först till (Vare) kvarn som gäller…sista anmälningsdag är onsdag den 7 dec!
Vid ankomst så serverar vi glögg och pepparkakor.
Därefter serveras BBQ julbrickan som består av vår julskinka, julrev och julkorv, allt smaksatt med julens kryddor och tillagade i våra smokers! Till detta får ni vår special potatisgratäng, pink coleslaw, senap och BBQ sås, samt vörtbröd, direkt från bageriet, med smör och ost.
Till maten kan ni köpa rödvin, julöl eller julmust (eller annan öl och läsk) samt en egentillverkad slånbärs snaps som bara måste provas!
Efter maten bjuder vi på kaffe och till det finns det naturligtvis avec om ni känner för det.
Välkomstglögg, pepparkakor, julbricka och kaffe på maten kostar 210 kr/person. Övrig dryck tillkommer.
Boka hela sällskap på samma bokning för gemensamma platser (i den mån vi kan lösa det). Senast onsdag den 7 dec behöver vi ha bokningen!
OBS! Vi kommer att ha värme i taket och filtar att ha på sig, men det är fortfarande utomhus på vår veranda så det är ordentligt med kläder som gäller!
Vi ses på RUB & SMOKE BBQ den 10 December för att börja fira julen! VÄLKOMNA!
