Rött eller vitt med folk o folk
Rött eller vitt är ett sällskapsspel som vi på dryckes- och matsajten folk o folk hittat på för att det ska bli roligare att dricka nya viner och lära sig mer om vin. Det finns en massa vinexperter som älskar att gurgla runt vin i munnen, men vad kan vi egentligen veta om ett vin när vi bara får använda näsan och tungan? Kan du med förbundna ögon kan avgöra om ett vin är vitt eller rött? Det är alltid första frågan i vår tävling.
Andra frågan är ofta om vinet är ungt eller lagrat i några år. Det är ganska lätt att se ett vins ålder med blotta ögat, lagrade viner tappar ofta stinget i färgerna, men kan du verkligen smaka skillnaden med förbundna ögon?
I vår tävling Rött eller vitt ska du och din medtävlande svara på fem frågor, framtagna av folk o folks dryckesexpert Mats Claësson. Ni ska svara samtidigt med tummen upp eller ner.
Rött eller vitt kommer äga rum på Epicenter och du kommer att få testa 12 olika viner i olika prisklassar. Vi kommer även att bjuda på snittar. Moderator är folk o folks chefredaktör Viggo Cavling. Vinnaren av dagens turneringen vinner ett presentkort à 1000:- på restaurang Riche. Varmt välkommen!
