Provningen består av 6st olika Single cask där vi kommer få lära oss vad som är skillnaden mellan en rom från Barbados, Jamaica och Fijiöarna. Provningen kommer innehålla rom som är destillerad i klassiska kolonnpannor samt kraftigare smakar genom kopparpannor.
Eric Bräck som driver bolaget Caskify har varit verksam i dryckesbranschen i nära tjugo år. Numera representerar Eric cognachuset Maison Ferrand där varumärkena Plantation Rum och Citadelle gin ingår. Med stor kunskap och med tillgång till helt unika produkter erbjuds provningar, upplevelser och resor. Via Eric kan du som älskar destillerad dryck dessutom köpa och äga ett ekfat med skräddarsydd rom eller Cognac, en upplevelse att dela med familjen, kompisgänget...

The Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, även kallad Plaza Gustav, finner du centralt beläget mitt i Malmö intill Elite Plaza Hotel på Gustav Adolfs Torg. Gastropuben är en blandning av restaurang och bar där fokus ligger på hantverksmässigt och noga utvald mat och dryck för alla smaker. Vi tillagar maten från grunden av lokala råvaror. På menyn hittar du allt ifrån klassiska pubrätter som högrevsburgare och Fish n’ Chips till mindre smårätter och välsmakande desserter, och givetvis kan du alltid hitta vegetariska och veganska mat- och dryckesalternativ.
