Varmt välkommen till tyst retreat vid Vättern.
När du går in i tystnaden i dig själv och känner in dig själv, vågar du släppa fram gamla mönster och känslor, vilket gör att du kan börja leva på nytt. Du hämtar hem dig själv och du får verktyg till dig själv att stå kvar i den du är. Fri i din inre glädje och kärlek till dig själv!
Upplägget av dagarna kommer se ut ungefär så här:
Inre yoga med fokus på andning, meditation, frigörande dans med trumma.
Promenad i naturen, skriva, bastubåt med bad, fritid, mm.
Reiki healing, trumma med healing bokas på plats tillkommer pris.
Vi bor i stugor nära vattnet, kläder efter väder för vi kommer att vara ute så mycket som möjligt.
Maten kommer vara vegetarisk och ekologisk så långt det är möjligt.
Vill du bo i egen stuga, bör du boka in dig snarast, begränsat antal stugor,
Högst 4 personer i varje stuga.
