Stockholms Improvisationsteater värnar om fantasins plats i en effektiv och hård värld. Med humorn som verktyg ifrågasätter vi normer, traditioner och invanda tankebanor. Vi är en källa till hejdlös glädje för människor och väcker lusten att skapa själv. Vi balanserar ständigt på slak lina mellan högt och lågt, aktualitet och tidlöshet, den lilla människan och de stora frågorna, filosofi och vardag, nuet och evigheten. Vi undersöker, utvecklar och förädlar den improviserade teatern som konstart.
Stockholms Improvisationsteater bildades 1989. Sedan 1992 har vi funnits i våra egna lokaler på Sigtunagatan 12 - den enda fasta scenen i Norden där det enbart spelas improviserad teater.
Våra verksamheter är följande:

□ Kurser - Kursverksamheten för allmänheten i den gyllene konsten att improvisera. En äkta folkrörelse!
□ Teater För Jobbet - Pröva nya tankebanor och frigör kreativiteten på din arbetsplats. Eller beställ en specialkomponerad improshow till konferensen.
