För 4:e året i rad möts vi på stranden för härligt sommarhäng, varierande rawbuffé med ett brett utbud av smakrika upplevelser, upplyftande DJ-musik och hälsoinspiration för ett naturligt och grönt levande!
Hjärtligt välkommen att ta med just din favoriträtt och en lista på vilka råvaror du använt, så inspirerar vi varandra och njuter av livets goda upplevelser.

Kl 15:00 - Välkomstdrink och kroppsmålning vid entrén
Kl 15:30 - Välkomstceremoni med musik och tal
Kl 16:00 - Rawfoodknytisbuffé med livemusiker
Kl 17:00 - Eldshow och lek för små och stora barn
Kl 18:00 - DJ musik och dans på stranden
Kl 20:00 - Prisutdelning och kort tal om festivalen
Kl 21:30 - Eldshow och thailändska lyktor
Kl 22:00 - DJ musik och dans på stranden hela kvällen
Kl 00:00 - Gemensamt städ i härlig anda
Lek, tävlingar, eldbrasa, massage, acroyoga, kontaktimpro sker spontant under hela kvällen

Kort om Rawfood
Rawfood baseras på varor från växtriket, såsom frukter, grönsaker, nötter, frön, oljor, alger och olika former av superfoods. Maten hettas inte upp över 42 grader för att bevara livskraft, närings- och enzyminnehåll. För att maximera näringen är det också värdefullt att välja ekologiskt och närproducerade varor så gott det går.
Rawfoodknytisbuffén
Buffén byggs upp tillsammans av alla besökare, där alla tar med sig en eller fler rätter. Beräkna din rätt för ca 5-7 personer och observera att vi skapar en slags “inspirationsbuffé”, där så många som möjligt ska få chansen att smaka lite av varje. Ta med receptet på du gjort så med vad din rätt innehåller, främst av allergiskäl.
Vi står för tallrikar, servetter och bestick.

Vi är ett engagerande festivalskapande-gäng som nu söker fler intresserade till att vara med och bygga upp festivalen tillsammans! Det gäller även alla organisationer och företag mm som har en liknande grön inriktning och som skulle passa in under Raw Bliss Festivalen.
