Den 13 juni bjuder Rama Lama Records in till sommarfest i Scalateaterns källare! Lillördagen bjuder på livespelningar från Delsbo Beach Club och Chez Ali som båda släppt fantastiska singlar under våren och har kommande släpp i höst som det får provsmakas på - allt för ynka 50 balubas!

Chez Ali är Steve Buscemi’s Dreamy Eyes-medlemmen Elias Mahfouds soloprojekt. I februari släpptes den soulfulla och jazzinfluerade debutsingeln ’Blue Cheese’ som sedan dess har hyllats av Pigeons & Planes, HYMN, Nöjesguiden mfl., Highsnobiety vann bästa citat när man menade att Chez Ali låter som "If Mac DeMarco was attractive in a non-gross way and used a drum machine.”. Chez Ali har sedan debuten öppnat åt Dream Wife och gjort spelningar i Storbritannien, projekt har med andra ord snabbt etablerat sig som en av landets många lovande akter. För tillfället färdigställs en debut-EP och smakprov är att vänta live där Chez Ali görs komplett med fullt band.

Stockholmbaserade Delsbo Beach Club har under det senaste året byggt upp ett namn på Stockholms växande indiescen. Bandet startades tidigt 2017 som ett soloprojekt av den Umeå-bördiga Erik Björklund som med sin stora kärlek till DIY och sovrumspop lade fundamentet för Delsbo Beach Club. Debutsingeln All The Way Home släpptes i oktober och gjorde snabbt bandet till den näst mest bloggade akten i världen på Hype Machine. I april återvände man i ny konstellation, bestående av medlemmar från Matriarkatet, Pinemen och Star Horse, och med nya singeln Talking In My Head.
Delsbo Beach Clubs charmiga indiepop gar omskrivits av såväl CLASH Magazine som Aftonbladet Musik. Melodin står ständigt i centrum och förkläs i en soldränkt surf-rockig kostym vilket ackompanjeras av frontfiguren och Umeåsonen Erik Björklunds mjukt rytande stämma. Kvintetten färdigställer för tillfället det nya material som är att vänta under hösten på Rama Lama Records, under sommaren gör man ett flertal spelningar i såväl Sverige som London.
