Raketklubben - ditt snällcoolaste indiepopband med hjärtat på bordet och huvudet bland molnen.
Med sina hänsynslöst privata texter om krånglet i att vara människa tar RK med dig på en resa bortom fint och fult genom poppiga gitarrslingor och sköra o-stämmor. Med en stark övertygelse om att man kan skriva pop om vad som helst och att det allra sorgligaste når man i dur, vill de närma sig sina egna lyckorus och smärtpunkter, allt i en enträgen önskan om att få komma helt nära dina.
De har under 2018/19 hunnit släppa tre singlar och EP:n ”fuck dig, fan för dig”, men också släppt två musikvideos, spelats på P3, turnerat i Moldavien och spelat förband till indiesensationer som både Markus Krunegård och Avantgardet. EP:n togs emot med lovord av bla.a Popmani som skrev ”fuck dig, fan för dig är en strålande debut-EP, fylld av fantastiska texter och pricksäkra melodier. Småstadstragikromantik och handklappspärlor. Här finns inte ett spår av ängslighet eller tillrättalagdhet. Raketklubben bär hjärtat på ärmen och ärligt talat, jag vill bara ha mer.”
