Fantastiska RÅÅ från Malmö gästar äntligen Garaget och med sig har dom lika fantastiska VED!
RÅÅ är Magnus Sveningssons (basist i Cardigans) alldeles egna hjärteprojekt! Sen debutalbumet "Skånes Järnvägar" 2018 har ytterligare tre fullängdare och ett antal EP sett dagens ljus, inklusive ett livealbum, alla släppta på skivbolaget Malmö Inre. I januari i år släpptes singeln "Snö" tillsammans med Jesper Lundqvist. Sveningssons RÅÅ-musik är instrumental och spänner från kraut till elektroniskt, jazz och ska och har rönt stor uppmärksamhet för sitt sköna och finurliga melodisnickeri. Live är det något alldeles särkilt och till Hammenhög kommer Sveningsson med sina eminenta medmusiker Christine Owman, Elin Hörberg- Synth, David Hagberg, Bebe Risenfors och Måns Wieslander. VED startade som ett soloprojekt av Mattias Nihlén. Vad som i början lutade mer åt drone med bandloopar, gitarr och samplingar utvecklades så småningom till ett instrumentalt låtmaterial med influenser från progressiv rock, postpunk, folkmusik, frijazz, tidig elektronisk musik och skräckfilmssoundtracks. Bandet VED startades för att kunna framföra låtarna live, och materialet har alltmer muterats till nya former i kombination med fri improvisation. VED släppte 2021 singeln "Ett viss fängelse", bland tidigare fullängdare märks "Gershwin's Pipe" (2017), "Omikron" (2016) och "VED (2012) samt en rap EPs på bolag som Höga Nord, Adrian Recordings, Psychic Malmö och Rocket Recordings. Kvällen inleds med Matti aka Mattias Nihléns nya projekt där han tar sig an sing-songgenren med sång på blekingska! Debutskivan släpps på nya etiketten Malmö Diskografiska till hösten.

Biljett vuxen 280 kr, tonår 140 kr och barn gratis, avgifter tillkommer.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your RÅÅ + VED + Matti tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
