Pure Adult är ett experimentellt rockband från Brooklyn, New York. Från att ha startat som ett soloprojekt av Jeremy Snyder har det vuxit till sig och blivit ett gemensamt projekt mellan honom och dansaren Bianca Abarca.
De har delat scen med band som Gilla Band, Mdou Moctar, Bambara och A Place to Bury Strangers. Så om du gillar något av dessa band (vem gör inte det!?) borde du verkligen kolla upp Pure Adult.
Duon Cassels är från Oxfordshire är två bröder som vuxit upp på landsbygden. Antagligen är det därför de blev sjuka i huvet och började göra musiken de gör. Inspiration från Shellac och Modest Mouse gör att det är svårt att sätta fingret på vad för musik de spelar – men det är den musiken som är bäst! Musik för misantroper och de generellt missnöjda.
