Psykologer läser böcker är tillbaka för hösten. Den 16 september analyserar Tom Malmquists uppmärksammade roman I varje ögonblick är vi fortfarande vid liv. Där får vi möta Tom och Karin som väntar sitt första barn när Karin plötsligt insjuknar och måste föras till sjukhus. Barnet tas ut med kejsarsnitt och som i en mardröm springer Tom i kulvertarna under Karolinska sjukhuset, mellan intensivvårdsavdelningen och Neonatalen; mellan liv och död.
När han återvänder hem är det utan Karin, ensam med ett spädbarn och en chockartad sorg. Några månader senare dör också hans egen pappa, som han hela sitt liv haft ett komplicerat förhållande till. I varje ögonblick är vi fortfarande vid liv är en rå och vacker bok om ett år som förändrade allt. En berättelse om förlust, föräldraskap och det liv vi lever, ögonblick för ögonblick.
Till samtalet kommer författaren och poeten Tom Malmquist. Moderator för samtalet är psykologen Jonas Mosskin.
Entré 80 kr. Samtalet äger rum på ABF-huset i Stockholm och börjar kl. 18.00. I samarbete med Natur och Kultur, Psykologförbundet, Modern Psykologi och ABF Stockholm.
