Monokrom gästades förra året av technostorheter i form av Norman Nodge, Blawan, James Ruskin, Perc och Joey Beltram. Genom att bjuda in Psyk firar vi starten av ännu en säsong med några av våra absoluta favoritakter.
Y+M och Chris Retzer som ligger bakom Monokrom, har redan innan satt stenhård prägel på många svartglittriga Stockholmskvällar. Under sina tidigare klubbar har de delat bås med giganter som t.ex. Shed, Ø [Phase], Marcel Fengler, Gary Beck, Rødhåd, Matador, och Surgeon.

PSYK [MOTE-EVOLVER, NON SERIES] ES
Psyk, a.k.a. Manuel Anós eller Maan släppte sin första låt redan som 19-åring på Richie Hawtins legendariska label Minus. Sedan dess har han utvecklat sin Madrid-influerade, minimalistiska, djupa techno till ett smutsigare, mer sofistikerat och rytmiskt sound som bland annat huserar på Luke Slaters Mote-evolver. Som DJ blandar han dessa två världar på ett sätt som gjort honom till ett återkommande inslag på klubbar som Röhstoflagger, Fabrik, Berghain och Tresor.
Psyk har med sitt extremt välarbetade musikaliska uttryck, sitt eget label Non Series och sina släpp på Tresor, CLR och Drumcode, gjort sig till en referens för modern techno som uppmärksammats av t.ex. Oscar Mulero, Robert Hood, Len Faki, Adam Beyer och Dustin Zahn.

In just under a decade, Vivek Sharda – or V.I.V.E.K as you'll probably know him – has become known for his efforts in pushing sound system music and culture. Since the producer's first release (2007′s OTE001 via On The Edge), combined with outstanding releases on the Deep Medi and Tectonic imprints, V.I.V.E.K's spent the last two years evolving into a dubstep force to be reckoned with.

Packrummet tas denna kväll över av Final Chapters label boss Sean Dixon och .Org's Axel Myrberg.
År 2013 startade Sean Dixon vinyl-labeln Final Chapter, sedan dess har det flutit på, och en fjärde och femte tolva kommer i vår.
Sean har fått uppmärksamhet internationellt för sin sin funkiga Chicago- och Detroit-influerade house och techno, och förutom återkommande gig i Sverige och Berlin, spelar han också bland annat i Bryssel och Colombia senare i vår.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your PSYK (ES) + V.I.V.E.K (UK) tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
