Barnen får på ett lekfullt sätt prova på olika cirkusdiscipliner såsom jonglering, akrobatik och balanskonster. Cirkus är så fint för där finns det plats för alla.
Var och en hittar alltid någon grej som roar dem extra mycket och alla kommer hem och har lärt sig något nytt att visa för sina föräldrar. Vi jobbar mycket med att stärka barnen och få dem att känna sig bra. Det viktigaste under våra pass är att inspirera och uppmuntra dem så de har kul och vill fortsätta träna.
När man tränar cirkus övar man på ett lekfullt sätt upp sin balans, smidighet och styrka.
I många cirkusövningar tränar man sig också på att samarbeta med sina vänner på ett bra sätt.
