Första samtalet i serien handlar om strejker.
Rätten att strejka är inskriven i grundlagen. Men det finns gränser, både i lagen och i praktiken. Hur ser regelverket kring strejker ut? Vem får strejka och när? Varför är det så få strejker i Sverige jämfört med andra länder? Är strejker effektiva för att nå målen i avtalsförhandlingar?
