Välkommen till Girls Parkour Jam
Måndag 27 feb 13:00-15:30 är reserverade för tjejer födda mellan 2000-2006.
På plats finns våra duktiga tränare vid olika stationer. Vid samlingen går de igenom hur respektive station går till och barnen får sedan själva välja vad de vill göra under passet. Svårighetsgraden varierar från nybörjare till mer avancerade utövare.
Villkor
Gratis vid närvaro, annars debiteras man 150kr.
Man behöver inte stanna hela passet utan kan gå när man känner för det.
Fotografering kan förekomma, säg till på plats om det ska undvikas.
Klädsel
Vanliga idrottskläder.
Skor eller barfota, inga strumpor.
Vägbeskrivning
Kanalhallen är en fin nybyggd hall där ingången kan vara lika knepig att hitta. Samma ingång som till Friskis & Svettis, ta sedan hissen längst ner och ring på klockan utanför nästa ingång.
