Sedan hösten 2013 är Björn huvudansvarig organist i Immanuelskyrkan, Stockholm. Han har konserterat över i stort sett hela världen samt finns representerad på ett sjuttiotal CD-inspelningar. Konserten bjuder på musik av Balbastre, Bach och Buxtehude.
