Ett litet bryggeris vardag, då, nu och i framtiden, presenterat i åtta glas öl.
Vi provar alltså hela åtta olika öl och till detta blir det ett lättsamt kåserande av vår alldeles egna bryggare, disponent, buteljerare, allt-i-allo och administratör Uffe Karlström. Kvällen fylls av anekdoter, dråpliga nedslag i Nya Victorias allt längre historia. Ni kommer få höra om isens betydelse, varför man ibland måste brygga i bara kalsongerna, bryggarens favoritöl, varför mannen med rosa slips var tvungen att försvinna, världens godaste suröl och varför framtiden ser så ljus ut för bryggeriet.
Givetvis finns det utrymme för alla typer av frågor och vi tar även en kortare tur genom bryggeriets lokaler.
