Tjaerdalen Beer & Whisky med medarrangörer arrangerar, för fjärde året i rad, denna (mini)mässa. Olofsfors med bruket och herrgården ligger beläget nära Nordmaling mitt emellan Umeå och Örnsköldsvik i anslutning till E4:an.
Den pittoreska gamla bruksmiljön i Olofsfors tillhör de bäst bevarade i landet. Olofsfors bruk som kulturarv är klassat som ett riksintresse.
Vilka utställare, drycker, etc som kommer att medverka samt finnas representerade på mässan är inte helt hållet spikat i nuläget, detta fylla på och informeras om löpande på mässan sociala medier samt hemsida mm.
Efter att du gått in genom entrén, går du runt på mässan och köper smakprover från utställarna. Mässan strävar efter att vara så kontantfri som möjligt så smakproverna handlas med polletter (valörerna är 10 resp 20 kronor) som du kan köpa på plats.
För smakproverna gäller normalt 10 cl öl (5 cl för starkare öl) och cider, 5 cl för vin samt 2 cl whisky och övriga destillat.
OBSERVERA att vi har 20-årsgräns på mässan.
