Bryggkurs med oss på AKiA
Vill du lära dig att brygga ditt eget öl. Då är du välkommen att boka in dig på bryggkurs hos oss! Kurserna hålls av våra egna bryggare som leder er igenom ölets produktion från råvara till färdig produkt.
Information
Dagen startar 11.00 med att vi bjuder på kaffe och har en teoretisk genomgång av råvaror, utrustning och tillvägagångssätt.
Därefter brygger vi öl tillsammans i vår bryggeridel på ett bryggverk anpassat för hemmabruk. Sedan får ölet stå och jäsa hos oss och vi bjuder in till en återträff där vi kopplar på ölet på en av våra kranar och provsmakar det tillsammans. Det kommer även då vara möjligt för allmänheten att få prova detta öl.
Vi kommer att hålla på till ca. 17.00 på kursdagen
