För 100 år sedan, november 1918, upphörde första världskriget – ett blodbad vars katastrofala återverkningar kom att prägla ett helt århundrade, och som i viss mån lever kvar än idag.
Peter Englund har i en unik serie skildrat kriget utifrån en mosaik av ögonvittnesskildringar. Nu sista delen av fem: 1918 , det på sitt sätt mest dramatiska året.
Medverkande:
Peter Englund är historiker och professor. Mellan åren 2009 och 2015 var han Svenska Akademiens ständige sekreterare. Hans verk "Stridens skönhet och sorg" har givits ut i 24 länder.
