Förmiddagen: Föreläsning + Fika
- Lär dig hur en Paleo kosthållning kan påverka din hälsa.
- Lär dig hur du kan lägga om din kost och undvika de klassiska fällorna.
- Vi provsmakar benbuljong och till kaffet blir det rawfoodbollar.
Lunch:

- Hur kan man äta Paleo på en normal budget?
- Hur kan man enkelt börja laga Paleo rätter från grunden?

Dessutom besöker vi en närliggande mataffär där vi går igenom följande:
- Lär dig att navigera förbi fällorna i mataffären.
- Lär dig att tyda innehålls förteckningar.
- Lär dig vilka råvaror som är mest besprutade.
