PRISER
Kurser:
1 kurs: 500sek / 300 sek
Kurspaket: 800sek / 500sek
För materialtunga kurser tillkommer en avgift på 100-300kr
Boende/mat:
1 dygn: 500sek / 300sek (klicka i så många nätter du vill bo, du anger exakta datum efter betalning)
Hela månaden: 7900sek / 5500sek
Festivalpass*:
Helgpass + tält + mat: 590sek
Helgpass + rum + mat: 990sek
Helgpass + mat: 540sek
*Fram till 1/5 kan du också köpa Early Bird festivalpass med 15-20% rabatt!
AVBOKNINGSREGLER
- Avbokningar sker per mail till vår kurskoordinator Sara på sara@nordisktljus.se
- Kursavgiften och festivalpassen är inte återbetalningsbara*
- Mat & boende kan avbokas och återbetalas (ex. serviceavgifter) fram till kursstart
- Om du avbokar din plats senare än två veckor innan kursstart tillämpas en avbokningsavgift* på 300sek
* Våra kurser är huvudsakligen finansierade av ett bidrag från folkbildningsrådet som styrs av antal deltagare och dagar - det är därför vi kan ha så låga avgifter och erbjuda rabatter till den som behöver. Men dyker du inte upp får vi inget bidrag. Avbokningsavgiften är ett sätt för oss att kunna fortsätta hålla låga priser.

PRICES
Courses:
1 course: 500sek / 300sek
Course combo: 800sek / 500sek
For courses with a lot of materials there is an additional fee of 100-300sek.
Accommodation/food:
1 day: 500sek/ 300sek (add number of nights, you'll fill in the dates after you've paid).
The whole month: 7900sek / 5500sek
Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
Festival pass*:
Weekend pass + tent spot + food: 590sek
Weekend pass + room + food: 990sek
Weekend pass + food: 550sek
*Until the 1/5 you can purchase Early birds festival passes with 15-20% discount
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations are made by email to our cours coordinator Sara at sara@nordisktljus.se
- The course fee and the festival passes* are non-refundable*
- Food & accommodation can be refunded (ex. service fee) until the start of the course
- If you cancel your course spot later than two weeks before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 300sek is applied**
* The festival pass can be sold/given away to someone else by you. Please email info@nordisktljus.se for name change.
**Our courses are mainly funded by a grant from Folkbildningsrådet which is given based on the number of participants and days that is why we can have such low fees and offer discounts to those who need. But if you don't show up, we will not receive a grant. The cancellation fee is a way for us to continue to keep the prices low.

I have not received my NORDISKT LJUS 2022 ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your NORDISKT LJUS 2022 tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your NORDISKT LJUS 2022 tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my NORDISKT LJUS 2022 ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
