Night Mayor Malmö
The Night Mayor är en oberoende ideell organisation som arbetar för att skapa ett dynamisk nattliv och hjälper till att bygga broar mellan staden, politiker, arrangörer och invånare. Night Mayor grundades i Amsterdam som en följd av det utvecklade nattlivet i staden och konceptet sprids nu i världen. Under våren 2016 har fenomenet diskuteras i Stockholm, på den erkända branschfestivalen "South by South West" i Texas och i slutet på April hålls världens första globala ”Night Mayor Summit” i Amsterdam. Nu har tiden kommit att utforska möjligheten att etablera en Night Mayor i Malmö!

- Starta ett samtal mellan stadens beslutsfattare och de nattliga kulturutövarna
- Få information och inspiration från Jakob Grandin och hans arbete med The Night Mayor
- Diskutera hur en Night Mayor i Malmö skulle kunna arbeta och verka
- Ur en workshop få fram hur ett samarbete önskas fungera mellan stad, näringsidkare och kultur - Ta upp problem som behöver lösas för att vi som nattstad ska utvecklas och bli bättre.

10:30-11:00 Check in:
Dörrarna öppna, kaffe & information om dagen.
11:00-13:00 Föreläsning & Panel:
Jakob Grandin (Trädgården, Under bron) föreläser om ”The Night Mayor” och utvecklingen i Europa. Jakob Grandin är en modern legendar inom Stockholms nattliv och grundare av nattklubbarna Trädgården, Under Bron och Nobelberget, samt bolaget Grandin Flying Circus. Därefter paneldiskussion med aktörer från Malmö.
13:00-14:00 Lunch på Grand.
14:00-17:00 Workshop.
”Hur gör vi Malmö en bättre nattstad?”. Workshop med mål att ta fram lösningar baserat på samtal i mindre grupper. Workshopen består av två delar:
- Insiktsdel. Identifiering av utmaningar och möjligheter.
- Lösningsorienterad del. Idéutmaning där vi tillsammans tar fram lösningar på de framtagande utmaningarna.
17:00-19:00 AW (After Workshop).
