Till en kväll fylld med god mat, skönhet, hälsa, inspiration, kortare föredrag, tävlingar med fina priser , musik, Art by Niiinis" Nina Hermansson" Från Hela Sverige Bakar och ett fantastiskt tillfälle för nätverkande mingel.
Vi startar kvällen med plockmat från Hard Rock Cafe s favoriter och en bubblande fördrink.
Kvällens första talare är Ulrika Davidsson 5:2, Kokboksförfattare och kostrådgivare som ger sina bästa råd hur viktigt det är att anpassa kosten till den person som man är och berättar om sin egen metod "Kickstart med Ulrika".
Tanja Dyredand berättar om konsten att Stressa av, GHD ger snabba tips på styling, Lumene visar upp senaste färgskalan för vårnaglar, Nissan ger oss info om hur vi påverkas av ljudet omkring oss, Hela Sverige bakar "Nina Hermansson" visar upp NYHETEN Art by Niiinis och mycket mycket mer......
Kvällen avslutas med en LYXIG Goodiebag.
