Miss Jekyll och Mrs. Hyde
1886 skrev Robert Louis Stevenson den klassiska kortromanen om den skötsamma och trevlige Dr. Jekyll och den onde, fule Mr. Hyde. Bakgrunden sägs ha varit den skotske mannen William Brodies dubbelliv. Brodie var möbelsnickare på dagen och bankrånare på nätterna.
130 år senare sätter komikern Jessica Persson upp sin första soloshow Miss Jekyll och Mrs. Hyde

Detta är en föreställning om alla de olika sidor som vi människor har. Elakhet, snällhet, generositet, snålhet, avundsjuka och hur mycket pengar kan man egentligen lägga på hudkrämer?
Showen blandar högt och lågt, brett och smalt och bjuder på en och annan sång. Jessica kan som få andra bjuda på sig själv och har en alldeles speciell förmåga att få publiken att känna igen sig.
Och hur gick det för Brodie? Jo, han hängdes.
Det är inget som Jessica riskerar. Ja, såvida det inte är dödstraff på att få folk att skratta.

Jessica Persson, har på bara 4 år gått från nybörjare till att synas på de stora standupscenerna i Sverige, bla Norra Brunn, MACK och Gasta.
Hon driver också en framgångsrik standupklubb i Osby, är en flitigt anlitad konferencier/moderator och medverkar vid tillfälle även som sidekick i Radio Kristianstad. Jessica har under många år även spelat revy och fars.
