9-10 maj smäller det i Crime City!
Det är nämligen dags för ett Minimum Skills Bootcamp!
Under bootcampet kommer det att vara flera onskejt pass, regelstudier, offskejt pass med sockderby och fysträningar för roller derby med inspiration av Malmö Idrottsakademi samt eventuellt en bench coach workshop.
Bootcampet hålls av erfarna tränare och spelare i vårt a-lag. Syftet med bootcampet är att sprida kunskap om Roller Derby samt att samla in pengar till a-lagets USA-turnering (Beach Brawl) i sommar!
Vi kommer att vara flera tränare vid varje onskejt pass för att kunna ge mycket individuell feedback.
Bootcampet avslutas med minimumskills-test, både skejt-test och regeltest.

Deltagare av alla kön är välkomna.
Vi vill kunna erbjuda så många deltagare som möjligt skater housing. Så fort du köpt biljett får du mer info om hur du anmäler intresse till housing.

Roller Derby BOOTCAMP Minimum skills!
9-10 May Crime City is the place to be.
CCR is once again holding a bootcamp!
This time the focus will be minimum skills.
The practices that we offer will be several on skate-passes, rules studies, offskate passes with sock derby and work out for roller derby inspirated by Malmö Idrotts akademi and possibly a bench coach workshop.
The bootcamp will be held by experienced coaches and players in our A-team and the purpose is to spread knowledge about roller derby and to raise money for our USA-tour to Beach Brawl this summer. We will be many coaches at every on skate training in order to give a lot of individual feedback.
The bootcamp will hold a minimumskills test, both written and skate test in the end.
Come and get ready for scrimmage!
The price for the weekend is 400 kr.
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:30 am to 5.00 pm
All genders welcome!
We want to offer as many participants as possible skater housing. As soon as you bought your ticket, you will get more info on how to register your interest for housing.
