Michael Jeff Johnson är född 1972 i småländska Virserum. Han är en svensk musiker, sångare, låtskrivare och författare, numera bosatt i Sävedalen utanför Göteborg.
Som tioåring skrev Michael sin första sång, och med åren har det blivit åtskilliga hundra. 2005 släpptes solodebuten "Allt vi skulle kunna bli" och ett antal skivor senare har Michael nått ut till en stor och bred publik. Han har samarbetat med såväl Carola och Uno Svenningsson som Ulf Christiansson och Roland Utbult. Främst har det varit i kyrkor som musiken kunnat höras, men via radio och mycket live-spelande har cirklarna ständigt vuxit av lyssnare. Sångerna beskrivs ofta som poetiska, hoppfulla och trösterika.
2007 mottog Michael Utbult stipendiet.
2022 mottog Michael ett låtskrivarstipendium ur Lars Erik Larssons fond för sitt skapande.
Michael har även gett ut böckerna "Ditt hjärta slår i mig" samt "Tecken på liv".
