På denna retreat ska vi utforska sanningen i detta påstående utifrån vår egen erfarenhet genom meditation. Kombinationen av meditation och tystnad ger oss en unik möjlighet att djupdyka i vårt eget inre.

- Under dagen observerar deltagarna tystnad inuti centrets lokaler.
- På stadsretreat betonar vi meditation och tystnad vilket innebär att det är mer tid för meditation och mindre tid för undervisning jämfört med våra helgkurser.

Kelsang Nyima är en svensk buddhistisk munk som har utövat buddhism och meditation i många år. Han ger många praktiska insikter i hur man integrerar buddhistisk filosofi i det dagliga livet för att känna ett större lugn och uppleva en djupare mening i livet.
