Buddha sade att vårt liv är oerhört värdefullt då vi har en fantastisk möjlighet att träna vårt sinne. Vi kan genom träning uppleva djupare och djupare nivåer av inre ro, kärlek och medkänsla vilket är den sanna källan till vår egen och andras lycka.
På denna kurs kommer vi lära oss hur vi får mer kontroll över vårt sinne genom meditation. Vi kommer i synnerhet att titta på en meditation som kallas ”det värdefulla människolivet”, vars syfte är att uppmuntra oss själva att ta vara på den här värdefulla möjligheten medan vi har chansen.

Kelsang Nyima är en svensk buddhistisk munk som har utövat buddhism och meditation i många år. Han ger många praktiska insikter i hur man integrerar buddhistisk filosofi i det dagliga livet för att känna ett större lugn och uppleva en djupare mening i livet.
