Paleo Infusion© och Mat som Medicin© presenterar Lisa Nilsson och Therese Gillberg, lic. kostrådgivare och utvecklare av ett 3 stegs program baserat på AIP Paleo och GAPS där målet är att bli symptomfri utan medicin. Therese är även verksam på Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset i Huddinge.
Både Lisa och Therese diagnoserades med autoimmuna sjukdomar för några år sedan men är idag symptomfria utan medicinering.
Hör deras spännande berättelse hur de gjorde och vad man själv kan göra för att komma i remission, genom kost och livsstilsförändringar.
