Måndag den 4/4 blir det en gastronomisk resa genom Sveriges främsta ölstad. De två göteborgska ölprofilerna Simon Svensson och Fredrik Berggren håller då en kombinerad mat & ost & Göteborgsstory ihop med de fantastiska kockarna på Hey It’s Enrico Palazzo på Ringön. Det blir en kväll med storytelling om Göteborgs ölscen - hur växte den fram och hur blev den så fantastisk? Vilka personer, bryggerier och faktorer har definierat den moderna göteborgska ölscenen från 1994 fram till idag? Under berättelsen provar vi smårätter och/eller ost till olika Göteborgsöl. Ost och öl är utvalda av Simon & Fredrik och kockarna på Enrico Palazzo har gjort maten som ska matcha med ölen. Det blir lärande, kul och jävligt gott! Begränsat antal platser.
Platsen Hey It’s Enrico Pallazzo på Ringön är, sett till antal bryggerier, epicentrum för ölgöteborg. Inte på någon plats i Sverige (troligen inte heller i hela norden) finns lika många bryggerier inom en radie av 2 km – 12 bryggerier.
