Författaren Alexandra Pascalidou har skrivit den hyllade boken ”Mammorna”. Under denna kväll samtalar hon tillsammans med Carolina Sinisalo från Akalla om våldet, kampen och kärleken.
I Sveriges mest utsatta bostadsområden lever mammorna som sörjer sina mördade barn och som skriker för att samhället ska ta problemen på allvar. Där finns också mammorna som kämpar och mot alla odds lyckas förbättra sina barns framtid. Men det är alltför sällan som de själva får komma till tals.
Nu har författaren Alexandra Pascalidou samlat deras historier i den hyllade boken "Mammorna". Tillsammans med en av mödrarna – Carolina Sinisalo från Akalla – berättar hon om våldet, kampen och kärleken.
