Vi dukar upp ett långbord och serverar smakportioner från 6 av våra favvoställen samt matchad dryck till varje rätt.

Jag som driver Matcoma gillar mat i alla dess former och skepnader, framförallt i nya roliga utföranden och i kombination med andra uttryck.
Jag fokuserar på att skapa event i nya miljöer, med unika sammanslagningar och oväntade resultat.
Fokus ligger alltid på street food och nya, mindre mataktörer.
Parallellt driver jag även mitt projekt Premiär, som syftar till att erbjuda amatörkockar en plattform för att ta första steget ut i restaurangvärlden.
