Letar du efter en bra aktivitet för ditt barn? Varmt välkommen till MiniBOUNCE!
Kom och prova gratis. MiniBOUNCE är ett träningsprogram för de allra minsta studsarna. Barnen övar på kroppskontroll och förbättrar sin motorik samtidigt som de har vansinnigt kul.
MiniBOUNCE är en massa roliga lekar, aktiviteter och övningar för barn som är 3 – 6 år. Vi lär ut de grundläggande rörelserna som ger barnen ett trygg start på trampolinerna. Programmet för MiniBOUNCE innehåller också massa övningar som förbättrar motoriken, balansen och styrkan.
När småstudsarna går vidare till de stora trampolinerna har de fått fin förståelse för underlaget och kan hoppa säkert.
Våra instruktörer är noga utvalda för att leda klasserna. Vi sätter alltid säkerheten först men lika viktig är stämningen och upplevelsen. Det ska vara kul att röra på sig!
