På denna workshop kommer vi lära oss att göra en mala, det vill säga ett radband, som används vid recitation av böner och mantran. En mala är ett av en buddhists mest värdefulla rituella objekt och blir mer och mer kraftfull och välsignad ju mer vi använder den.
Det kommer finnas olika typer av stenar i olika färger tillgängliga så att varje person kan hitta någonting som passar just dem. Du får ta med dig malan hem efteråt.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Mala-workshop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. Where do I find a link to an online event?
