Tre erfarna mentorer från programmet Makten Över Musiken med karriärer inom olika delar av musikbranschen delar med sig av sina erfarenheter. Denna gång fokuserar vi på framgångar och motgångar.
Mentorerna berättar om val och beslut som avsevärt har drivit den personliga utvecklingen framåt och som har legat till grund för framgångar inom respektive yrke. Mentorerna delar även med sig av mindre lyckade delar av karriärerna och eventuella bakslag som sedan kanske har legat till grunden för något bättre. När har mentorn varit modig? När har mentorn valt att backa? När har mentorn öst på eller kanske gett upp och i så fall varför?
Vi tror att historier om både mod och misslyckanden är inspirerande för att förstå hur en framgång och en karriär byggs upp, och att en lär sig något värdefullt även om en tabbar sig någon gång.
