Malmö museum är södra Sveriges största museum. Upplev allt från Nordens äldsta bevarade renässansslott till en riktig ubåt, levande grodor och köttätande pirayor. Museet berättar i sina utställningar om bland annat historia, natur, teknik och sjöfart.
På Malmö museum ligger också Wisdome Malmö, en dombiograf som visar vetenskapsfilm i 3D.
Malmö museum ligger i två hus, Slottet och Teknikens och Sjöfartens hus på Malmöhusvägen 5–7.

I have not received my Making Magic 3D ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Making Magic 3D tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Making Magic 3D tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Making Magic 3D ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
