Lunchyoga with Alejandra & Viljan träningsklubb is for everybody, you come as you are and leave a little lighter, softer and more relaxed. For beginners as well for the more experience yogi. We work with asanas, (positions) pranayamas, (breathing exercises) and dhyana, (meditation). Firt time and week at Viljan is for free.
My name is Alejandra and I am a Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher. I am been teaching for 5 years now in different places, with a diversity of people, newbies, more experienced yogis, youth and kids, seniors, women groups, people at recovery from different addictions, at corporates, people with different forms of disabilities and also outdoors in the park this summer. I love what I do and try to feel in, sense the people present and the group dynamic, no two practices will be alike. What else you can expect is a mixture of somatic influenced yoga practice, playfulness, flows with a lot of stretch and mobility training.
