Skådespelaren Lars Magnus startade på 70-talet gruppen TEXT & MUSIK som Turnerade runt och spelade in skivor på Nacksving i Göteborg. Lars - Magnus är framförallt känd som skådespelare på Folkteatern där han har varit verksam i 33 år. Han har även varit aktuell på andra teatrar som exempelvis Kronhusteatern, Teater Bauer, Teater Tofta, Mölndalsrevyn och Alfons Åbergs kulturhus. Parallellt med karriären som skådespelare har musiken alltid varit närvarande i Lars-Magnus liv, där sången och låtskrivandet alltid funnits med. Tillsammans med de oerhört erfarna och välrenommerade Jazzmusikern i Tommy Kotter Trio återvänder Lars-Magnus till den plats där allt en gång började, sången, låtarna och berättandet. Repertoaren för kvällen består till stor del av Lars Magnus egna låtar (både text och musik), som är av varierande stilar, ballader, Jazz, latinos, visor, pop mm , även några jazz-standards och några svenska klassiker.
