En unik chans att få höra konstnären själv berätta om sina verk och sitt konstnärskap. Britta Marakatt-Labba formar textila miniatyrvärldar med nål och tråd. Hon blandar scener ur vardagen med politik och berättelser om samisk kultur och historia. Utöver textil arbetar Marakatt-Labba med måleri och grafik. Marakatt-Labba föddes 1951 i Idivuoma, Sverige och är idag verksam i Övre Soppor i norra Sverige. Hon har deltagit i internationella grupputställningar som Documenta 14 (2017) i Kassel och presenterat verk i separatutställningar vid exempelvis Gävle Konstcentrum (2018).
Ordinarie 100 kr. 80 kr för pensionär/student. Gratis för medlemmar. Entré till utställningen ingår i biljettpriset. Begränsat antal platser.
