Darlyncia (@tashaa_lovely on Instagram) is a Haitian-American dance teacher based in Philadelphia.
Dance w. Dar (@dancewdar) is her brand that promotes Haitian culture through dance as a healing form and creates inclusive spaces for unity and empowerment within the Haitian community.
Dance has always been a key component in Darlyncia's life. In both high school and college, she founded Afro-Caribbean dance teams that promoted unity and cultural pride. After college, she became the Co-President of Kite Konpa Mache (KKM, @kkmdanceclass, @kkm_events), an organization that promotes Haitian culture through events and dance. "
