Kom igång på 10 dagar är en onlinekurs inom hälsa & livsstil. Vill du få mer energi och samtidigt lära dig hur du kan äta dig friskare är det här kursen med stort K.
I kursen får du bland annat lära dig att;
- skapa ett hälsosamt liv ur ett långsiktigt perspektiv
- bygga ett framgångsteam omkring dig som under lättar din resa
- hitta dina egna fallgropar och utmaningar samt göra en strategi för att undvika dem
- hantera dina rädslor och farhågor som hindrar dig från att nå dina mål
- känna igen dina egna dåliga ursäkter och eliminera dem
- skilja på nyttigt vs onyttigt samt bra eller dåligt
- lära dig göra bättre val i vardagen
- lära dig att nyttig mat varken är dyr eller svår att tillaga
Kursen sker online i gemensam FB-grupp med övriga deltagare samt via zoom/live. Kursmaterialet är i både pdf- samt videoformat. I kursen ingår recept för dessa 10 dagar.
